Want to know what your spots mean? And how to help prevent them? Then wait no longer! Im about to tell you! Its been one of those things that baffles us all. Where do all of those unexpected blemishes come from? Is it our diet or just a hormone related spot? The art of face mapping can help you identify the causes of your blemishes and outbreaks. The picture above shows the different sections/zones of the face and believe it or not nearly every one is linked to a part of your health. So to find out why your spots may be appearing find out below in your chosen zone.

Zones 1 & 3 - Your forehead is known to be linked with the bladder and digestive system. So if you experience regular breakouts here it may be a sign that your body is not receiving enough water. It may also be a good idea to eat more 'whole' foods such as fruit and vegetables.

Zone 2 - Breakouts between your eyebrows and around the lower part of your forehead may be related to alcohol and dairy as part of the liver.

Zones 4, 6, 8 and 10 - The areas between your eyes and ears tend to relate to the Kidneys.  You may discover breakouts here due to dehydration and lack of water. Water is the best drink you can ever have and its important to drink at least 2-3 glasses a day. Drinking plenty of water can also help your clear your skin.

Zone 7 - Any blemishes that may appear at the end of your nose may be to do with your blood pressure. You should try to eat food which don't contain high fat percentages and should consider eating foots such as nuts, fruits and vegetables.

Zones 5 & 9 - To reduce outbreaks here as litte as being exposed to fresh air can help with your skins complexion.

Zones 11 & 13 - Don't panic. You may be experiencing outbreaks here because of your hormones (particularly in women). There is little you can do to prevent these apart from using your usual skincare products like usual. Eating clean and for filling regular exercise can really help your complexion.

Zone 12 - Outbreaks here may mean that you have been consuming to many fatty foods which are rich and heavy. Remember that you should always stick to a balanced diet for the best results for skin.

Zone 14 - If your experiences problems with your skin on and under your skin this may be illness related, and your body may be trying to explain that it is fighting of a current illness of just unwanted bacteria. Try to relax and drink plenty of water to look after those little monsters.

Remember, like i've mentions many times throughout this post, its so important to eat a balanced diet to help maintain healthy skin. And if your worrying why your spots may be related to something although you eat healthy etc do not worry! These are just guidelines as to why they may be there! If you have any questions or comment please do not hesitate to ask.
